Motel 6 Wells

Tyler at reception was very helpful and excellent customer service. Booking.com does not give you additional options other than to request a smoking/non-smoking room. I needed a ground floor room near my parked vehicle (I just had surgery and was still a bit weak). When I showed up I asked him if he had a downstairs room available (this was Labor Day Holiday weekend). He searched through the booked reservations and BINGO found a ground floor and my truck to park right in front of the door. My dog JJ was also able relieve himself on grass (instead of desert weeds).

Easy to find just off interstate highway. Was given room in rear so no road noise. Fridge and microwave in room. Table and chairs to eat at.

This Motel 6 was clean and well staffed. The room was bright and organized. I liked having hard wood floors. I will stay at motel 6 again.

Location. We were enroute across Nsvada, not actually spending time in Wells itself.

I had to cover a long drive from Grand Teton National Park to Reno.. Since its a tiring journey, I chose a pitstop at Wells.. As Motel6 is my first preference I went ahead booking this location. Trust me its worth it. I was scared before I reached the place but this Motel is situated in a very good location. Neighborhood has tons of restaurants and gas stations. Rooms were very good and comfortable for an overnight stay. These motels are covd-19 prepared and they have maintained the rooms neatly. However I sanitized everything on my own for additional safety ;). This place is just 5 hours from Reno and I had a very tireless vacation. I strongly recommend this place if you are travelling from bay area to Yellowstone National Park.
